*recently i´ve noticed the budgie in me- i saw myself speaking some sentences so loudly and energetic loaded, "kind of being angry"-
also i do repeat them two times or so-like also an authist does- i wanted to know, what "they" want to tell me-
may it be emotions from the past, which lay inside still?
also i dont know, why we must find or stigmatize somethings or give it a name-hm its just being?!
anyway they are pieces of my personality- i just love them!
iam happy, being also a canary!
on instagram recently i´ve met and follow a lovely doc of parrots <3 he wrotes also this:

for me it is interesting knowing myself with all the "me´s" inside-
also it let sense and shows me, to feel into other people- behaviour´s or state of being-

letzt habe ich meinen kanarienvogel in mir wahrgenommen- ich merkte, ich rede manche sätze sehr laut und energetisch geladen,
"bischen verärgert",so- auch wiederhole ich manche sätze 2 mal- wie ein authist es tut- ich wollte herausfinden, was "sie" mir sagen wollen-
ob es eingeschlossene emotionen sind, aus meiner vergangenheit?
ich weiss auch nicht, weshalb wir für manches eine bezeichnung, einen namen brauchen-es stigmatisieren- es ist doch einfacch nur?!
jedenfalls sind es anteile meiner persönlichkeit- ich liebe sie!
ich freue mich, auch ein kanarienvogel sein zu können!
 
kürzlich traf ich auch auf einen tollen arzt von solchen vögele- er schrieb auch dies:
* papagei/wellensittich: versuchen, ihre probleme mit lärm und ton zu erklären. generell lernen sie viele sprachen.
körpersprache ist die verbindung eines vogels mit anderen vögeln.
 
es ist interessant, mich kennenzulernen mit all den verschiedenen persönlichkeiten in mir. es lässt mich auch spüren und sehen, mich
in andere menschen hineinzuversetzen-
in liebe und respekt.
die einheit zu spüren.

wie eine ananas in der schmelzenden antarktis <3
* wenn die sonne sichtbar am himmel ist, stehe ich gerne an der strasse, gelehnt an der hauswand meiner nachbarn,
an der einzigsten stelle, wo sie grade im winkel hinscheint und trinke die strahlen und einen kaffee- ich bin glücklich.
manchmal laufen menschen vorbei- ich wünsche ihnen einen tollen tag oder sage nur hallo- manche mir auch, manche laufen wortlos,
ihren eingefrorenen blick auf den boden gerichtet an mir vorüber.
ich kann ihnen nur ganz viel liebe hinterher wünsch-senden

* sometimes, when the sun is visible at the sky, i stand fain at the street, leaned against a housewall from my neighbours.
at the single place in square, where the sun is shining and i drink the sunlights and a coffee- i am happy.
sometimes humans do walk by- i wish them a wonderful day, or just say hello- some say back, some walk wordless by-
their freezed view on the ground. i just can wishsend behind them many much love <3
 
* grosse herausforderung: wann fühlt sich etwas wirklich nicht stimmig an?
wann sagt uns das bauchgefühl wirklich absolut:"NEIN! NICHT! NIEMALS!"
 
und wann verlassen wir einfach nur die komfortzone? (klangfragment, insta)
was ist mein sein, was mein ego?

and when we´re just leaving the comfortzone?
what is my being, what is my ego?
 
man sagt, ebenso meine erfahrung--das ego liebt es, aus allem ein problem zu machen - ES denkt-und denkt und denkt...doch, wie weiss ich,
ob es stimmt??

if its corresponds with the truth?
 
mein sein, macht mich sehr ruhig und frei- ich empfinde sicherheit- verbundenheit, mit allem was ist.
oder auch meine trinity sag ich dazu <3 hält meinen wunderluxuskörper ganz automatisch am leben
es fühlt sich weit an in mir- auch ein gedanke-aus dem nichts kommt der dahergeweht- es ist etwas unheimlich manchmal,blind zu handeln,
aber auch spannend, denn ich weiss nicht, wies ausgehen tut- ja-
und wie gut es tut, dinge einfach mal anders getan zu haben?! ein bischen mehr freier,
ein bischen mehr von seinen eigenen grenzen überwunden zu haben, ein bischen mehr von seiner wahren essenz gegeben zu haben ?
aber ist das nicht das abenteuer, he?

it feels wide on in me- a steppe- also a thought- winded by just from the nothing- it is bit scary sometimes,acting blind, but also exciting,

and how nice it feels, if you´ve just done something different as usual?! a little more of freedom,
find yourself acrossed own limits

wobei gedanken aus dem ego stammend sind oft sehr beklemmend- es stresst- manchmal EIN MINISTERIUM DER ANGST-
mein magen zieht sich zusammen-
MAGEN; MÖGEN;
MAGEN; --MAGS NIIIICHT einfach!

sei ruhig. es gibt viel wege negative energie zu beruhigen ohne sie zu verdrängen oder gegen sie zu kämpfen. du merkst es,
du lächelst es an, und ladest etwas ein, um es zu ersetzen; du kannst etwas schönes inspirierendes lesen, ein wunderschönes musikstück
anhören, irgendwo in die natur hinaus spazieren, oder auch dabei meditieren. thich nath han <3

ISTANBUL, 25 JUNE 1990
RECORDED BORA CETIN
 
carlos santana was the first time in istanbul and was pick upped by the guides of the hotel he stood-
the first-was one off day- only meeting in the evening for soundcheck-
"instead of resting, lets go strolling in istanbul!" said santana
on his side they´ve put one tourist guide and he wanted a vehicle
as they´ve visited kapali carsi, sultan ahmet, hagia sophia- carlos santana saw a nice teagarden-
that they can rest and that he also can have a turkish coffee, theyve took a seat on a table.
until that time there were not single one who knew about the big carlos santana
no one who´ve asked making a picture, or wants a signature
 
this wasnt fatal for him anyway
he doesnot have such complexes / hang ups
the tourist guide and santana talked while they´ve sipped the tea
 
suddenly,while in front of the teagarden a few shoeshine boy roman kids were up to walking by- they ve
started shouting:" hey , hello santana!! welcome to istanbul! love you santana!"
the waiters from the teagarden blustered the children:" shut up! dont shout! even dont come in! dissolve!
dont bother the guests!"
santana said to his guide:" call the kids that they come over here- i want that they come inside-
immediately the tourist guide told about the situation to the waiters:
"but big brothers, this is a worldsuperstar! we would get embarrassed of everyone- he wants that the
shoeshineboys come to him, let them , come!"
helpless they let them in
together with their little stools the roman shoeshineboys stormed into the teagarden
the tourist guide became the translator of their words-
theyve began to speak with the big santana, they´ve said :" you are one of the greatest guitar masters
in the world- let us polish your boots- it would be our stand upright prayer! we dont want a penny!"
 
santana got very happy-also he was very surprised about- he ordered the kids coke, gazoz..and asked later:"
since im in istanbul, nobody identified me- so then, how did these kids recognized me?"
the shoeshine boys answered:" sometimes, when we paint the shoes, some guests do read newspapers-
while we swing the paintbrush,of course we also look there and then at the newspapers
we´ve seen your foto there! there´s stood: the worldstar carlos santana comes to istanbul! there we know."
color and varnish were made upon the boots-
santana wanted to give them money
but the kids didnt took it
 
"ok," santana said- " tomorrow evening is my concert- would you like to join me?"
the kids gone overboard :" ouh we would love to listen to you, santana! you are a lordly squire!
santana asked the guide about to give them kids both tickets for the show:" if you have a sibling, you can bring it there, too!"
the children are so happy! they left with beating upon their stools and booties outside the teagarden and get lost in the streets.
 
at the next evening there was a huge glorious heat open airs- the romanian kids came by with their tickets in their hands
they cant come inside at the frontentrance cause carlos santana gave them VIP tickets- from where the kids should have known this?
as they´ve reached the vip-entrance the fat was in the fire :" from who you´ve stealed this tickets?"
"we didnt steal this tickets, brother! we are the guests from carlos santana-he gave us them."as they´ve answered this
the securities:" hadi lan! /oh come on! gave them a slap in their face and rob the tickets from their hands and cast them out the entrance.
 
but the guests of carlos santana didn´t gave up- they found the backfront of the artists doors- also there the same confrontation :" haydi be!
defolun gidin burdan.
oh come on! come on run!"
but in any case the kids didn´t gave up!
"santana, santana, help! help!!" they´ve cried together out loud nonstop!
somehow this message came into the ears of the tourist guide- and he went to santana and told him about this.
 
then the guide came and took the children to the setting from santana- snot and saliva-under tears they´ve explained what
all happened to them- santana was very sad and very angry then- "take my guests and put them on to their places!"
the romanian shoeshine children went then so with the tourist guide passed over the edge into the audience-
 
this was a great thingpoint- looong ago some others have seated on their places-
the daughter of the governance-assistant, her husband,the whatchamacallit of the councilor, the brother-in-law-the
sister of law, of them,the aunty.. "we are logged yet,little brother we wont stand up!" theyve said.
 
also the securities saw what´s going on, but of their fear they´ve couldnt do anything against-
minutes went by, but there is still no found a solution of this problem-
 
at the end, they´ve put on the stairs of the stage little seat cushions for the vip guests from santana as the solution-
the guide went again to santana and have told him about the happenings- the artist said:" go to them, and tell them, that
no one is allowed to disrespect my guests! if i wont see the children sitting up there on the first seats, i wont play
one single note- i will come to stage, will tell what happened, say goodbye and will leave the stage. also i dont care
about the payoffs-whatever the amount should be, i will pay!"
 
the concert had to start but for any reason it did not.
applause and wheezings have started and the things turned mixed- at the vip area a chaos- the incumbents knew whats up
and saw the gravity of the situation-
 
the daughter of the governance-assistant, her husband, the watchamacallits of the councelor the brother-in-law, the
sister-in-law, the aunty..all of them were called 1 by 1 to leave the seats-
 
so then,the romanian shoeshinekids had seated then there in the front row on their places-
into the back the "ok!" message got.
the lights turned on- the stage get refulgence- and carlos santana entered the stage-
the earth quakes-- firstly he´d looked to the front row, if the kids are on their seats- he saw the kids, that everyone
is happy- raised his thumb into the direction of the kids with his OK! and then santana layed his magical hands upon
the strings of his guitar and became one with it-
 
at the open air, it felt like that out of the guitar flew thousands of white pigeons!
"they fly they fly!" the magic trails swang and looped over the heads of his guests-
 
thats why thats for artists like santana:a master, distinguished, big star-
before this is said - they say firstly:" this is a MAN!"
really you are very great, viva santana!
 
you can become a teacher,a doctor,an engineer,an architect or advocat,a business men, and acquire fame
but being a man, being a human, is in case not the handcraft of everybody.
one needs heart,needs loyality,being brave, generosity, being humble, appreciation, needs decency,
